Belgian HR management tool Beeple is expanding to the US

The Belgian startup Beeple now moves a huge step forward by expanding to the US. Partly thanks to the Prince Albert Fund (PAF), Beeple is now able to further expand its business development in the United States. Beeple offers an end-to-end online staff management tool for efficient and innovative personnel management in all sectors that work with flex staff. The Antwerp startup began in Belgium in late 2015, started the internationalization in 2016, and is already active in 8 countries.

With more than 530 functionalities, Beeple is the most complete human resource management tool in the market. Competitive tools usually focus on one specific sector or limit themselves to some core functions, but Beeple offers a much broader set of functionalities. Beeple is a full-service staff management tool and is active in all sectors working with flex staff.

Beeple is now scaling up, with a clear vision, a good working product and a lot of enthusiasm in the market. The demand for staff management software is very large because of the complexity that involves the planning of flexible employees. This opens great opportunities for sales people.

“Thanks to the PAF, we have the opportunity to attract a young, enthusiastic and talented high potential candidate who can further expand our sales dream in the US,” says Karel Rabaut, managing director and co-founder of Beeple.

The Prince Albert Fund (PAF) provides grants to young Belgian professionals seeking experience abroad. The emphasis is on Business Development outside Western Europe. Earlier this year, about 20 high potentials of the Prince Albert Fund received a scholarship to work abroad for a Belgian company. Beeple is honored to be part of this investment project.

Koen Vandepaer passed a thorough selection procedure and was selected by an independent jury on March 20, 2017 to start his international career as Vice President Global Operations of Beeple US.

“The big challenge was not to find much capital for our further foreign expansion, but to find suitable talent to strengthen our presence in the US. That is why the Prince Albert Fund can make a nice contribution. The 12-month internship is a good test to build our potential in the US and to know if we have the right candidate at home. For the candidate itself, it is an excellent learning school and unbeatable life experience,” concludes Karel Rabaut.
