The Helsinki-based geo-location app Grafetee is now being beta tested with Finland’s police force, who will be monitoring images and text submitted through a certain channel on Grafetee. LoungeUp, a French startup that provides a platform to enable hotels to jump on the mobile app bandwagon, has just raised a seed round of “several hundred thousand euros” from Pôle Capital and several Angels. Textmaster.com, which is available in English, French, Spanish and German, offers a professional translation, copywriting and proofreading content service for agencies, SMEs or large corporations.
France Digitale, a association created to lobby the French government, just announced its start. Partnering with Ernst & Young, France Digital put out a definitive report on the economic and social impact of tech startups in France.
