Today, Spotify has announced via its blog that its music streaming service has just crossed the “Øresund“, bringing a world of music to Denmark.
Spotify has just launched three alternative services for Denmark:
- Spotify Free: Lets you enjoy on-demand, buffer-free access to millions of songs on your computer. Manage your own music files through Spotify, and sync with your mobile phone or iPod. Features occasional advertising.
- Spotify Unlimited: Offers all the special features of the free service, but with uninterrupted, ad-free access to Spotify on your computermfor 49kr a month.
- Spotify Premium: Offers the top-of-the-range Spotify experience. Premium gives you access to all the music, enables you to listen online or offline, offers enhanced sound quality and access to exclusive content & competitions, for 99kr a month.
Spotify was launched for public access on October 2008 and has its roots in Sweden. Earlier this year, the famous music streaming service expanded into the US. Denmark is the 9th country Spotify has entered.
