What will you be doing?
-helping customers and merchants with questions around payever via e-mail, phone and chat
- communicating directly with the integration hub for helping merchants to integrate payever into their existing shopsystem
- improving and helping to create great helping pages on the website and make life easier for our users on the web and mobile
-payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
- disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
organization of fiscal documents.
What we expect you to have :
- BA or master's degree with 3-4 years experience in a similar role
- strong written skills & experience in a business environment
- public presentation skills are a must
- interested in B2C marketing and e-Commerce. Understanding of the fin-tech niche is an asset
- ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- excellent organizational skills, proactive, detail-minded
- German native or near-native and fluent English, both verbal and written
