Antwerp - DPG Media's fast-growing Online Services (Savings Guide, Mijnenergie, Mijntelco, Independer, and Livios) is looking for a Jr.
Insurance advisor for Independer's insurance products. Online Services is a small "lean and mean" team in DPG Media with a strong entrepreneurial culture and start-up mentality.
At the same time, we can count on the support of experts within the DPG Media group of which we are part.
We strive for excellent customer service, where our goal is to provide exceptional assistance to customers with every query.

Profile
Your challenge:
- You start the day with a delicious cup of coffee and a nice chat with colleagues. After this you get to work!
- We offer products on our various platforms where fixed costs are compared.
- Your first focus is Independer's products, we will also engage you as an advisor for our other products;
- You empathize with the customer's needs as best as possible and provide tailor-made advice;
- You advise on insurance conditions;
- You help the customer compare insurance policies and can also take out or adjust insurance policies according to the most suitable solution for the customer;
- You answer incoming questions from our customers via email, telephone and WhatsApp;
- The various processes of our partners hold no secrets for you.
- You handle insurance applications error-free and make adjustments where necessary.
- Your administration is taken care of down to the last detail, you are eager to learn and enthusiastic;
- You follow up on damage claims, for this you have contact with insurers.
Your profile:
- You love contact with customers and enjoy talking to them to understand what they need and ensure that the conversation is pleasant;
- You are spontaneous and friendly and you easily strike up a conversation with customers;
- You are a great colleague who helps or intervenes where necessary;
- You get energy from helping the customer as best as possible and have a great sense of responsibility;
- Do you happen to be in possession of a PCP certificate? Ideal, if not then you can certainly follow this through us;
- You are fluently bilingual and can speak to the customer in Dutch and French;
- Customer friendliness and good service are two things that you value highly;
- Do you have previous experience with telephone customer advice? Useful! Then you know what a fun and varied job this is;
- Are you flexible? We find this very important, because you start in a small team.
