Gifting & Promotions Catalogue Manager

  • We are now recruiting for a Gifting & Promotions Catalogue Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for suggesting, sourcing, and building gifting catalogues for the companies biggest and most important clients.

This is a critical role that supports the account management and operations teams in managing the biggest clients for the company.

The candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for the daily management of picking gifts and creating promotion catalogues during an extremely busy period of growth.

The successful candidate must be a pro-active self-starter with a high attention to detail who will thrive in a start-up environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and adding new products from our integrated suppliers such as Amazon.

Each promotion created by our clients requires detailed thought on what products to add to a promotion.

Ultimately the products that are included in a promotion impact success for our clients.

You will work directly with the operations and account management teams to ensure the relevant gifts are added to client campaigns, that campaigns go live on time efficiently.

Daily duties will include:

  • Servicing multiple clients concurrently, often meeting short deadlines.
  • Creating promotion themes for each individual client.
  • Building promotional catalogues using Gift & Go proprietary software.
  • Checking content of products is correct.
  • Updating inventory of products and performing checks where necessary.
  • Working closely with account managers to ensure their client catalogues are built on time, without error.
  • Ensure the correct products are used in client promotions, this involves selection, inventory reviews and comparison modelling.
  • Manage promotion projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Continuous communication with account management and operations team to ensure efficiency.
  • Working with marketing team to promote popular products and increase product messaging frequency
  • Identifying shopping habits and trends and adding
  • Reporting post-promotion KPI’s

Experience:

  • Must have a passion for products. Must be experienced with shopping on Amazon, finding new gift ideas that are relevant for Gift & Go clients. This is critical!
  • Previous experience in product sourcing, category management, gifting or any other relevant role where choosing gifts for clients was the focus of work. This is critical!
  • Previous experience of working for a customer loyalty / rewards / benefits / e-commerce business in a product sourcing, category or vendor management capacity is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience of working for a technology start-up is highly desirable
  • High level of proficiency and experience in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
