Ready for Takeoff: See you tomorrow at this year’s EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona!

We’re looking forward to meet about 1,100 of you tomorrow and on Friday at the convention centre of the Hesperia Tower Hotel for this year’s EU-Startups Summit! Please note that there won’t be ticket sales at the event venue. So if you’re not on our attendee list till 5pm today, you won’t be able to join.

For the registration tomorrow, there is no need to bring paper tickets to the venue – just tell us your name at the entrance (and have your ID card with you). During the event we’ll have temperatures up to 20° – mostly sunny, which is perfect, since we won’t really operate a coat check at the event. So if you can, please avoid bringing luggage, laptops or big/warm jackets to the venue. Instead, bring an open mind, maybe some business cards, and some good vibes! 🙂

The event will take place at the Hesperia Tower Hotel, on Avinguda de la Granvia 144, and can be easily reached via TRAM and bus. At the event, we’ll have an awesome crowd of international startup founders, investors, media, and corporates. You can find other attendees and schedule meetings with them through the EU-Startups Summit networking app, which we recommend you download on the Apple or Google Play stores, and fill out your profile before arriving.

In order to further improve networking at the event, we’ll also have dedicated networking sessions for the 6 most requested topics (3 on May 2 & 3 on May 3). More info and timings can be found within the app.

The doors of the EU-Startups Summit will open tomorrow at 9.45am. You can find the agenda for both days here. Aside from the main stage and workshop stage program, we’ll have an exhibition hall and a networking corner. The main event on both days will be followed by networking opportunities with music and drinks in the bar/foyer area of the hotel (on May 2) and on the hotel terrace (on May 3).

See you there! 🙂
