On May 9-10, we’ll be hosting the 10-year anniversary of our annual EU-Startups Summit – for the first time in sunny Malta! The event will gather founders, startup enthusiasts, and investors for two exciting days of networking, inspiration, and learning.

Matt Ward: Founder and GP of 4WARD.VC, investing in climate founders tackling massive problems. He previously worked at Flowlie Technologies as an Advisor. Matt is a serial entrepreneur with multiple modest exits, the host of The Startup Tank Climate Investor Pitch Show runs the ClimateVC Crew slack community and is a strategic advisor to high-growth, world-changing companies.
Melissa Donohoe: VC investor at Notion Capital, a Venture Capital firm focused on European SaaS and Cloud with more than 100 investments to date, based in London. Melissa also has experience in pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring and she will be on stage at the EU-Startups Summit as a jury member for the pitch competition.
Michael Debono: Executive Director at Debono Group, based in Malta. Michael focuses on the emerging mobility landscape and how it can help reduce traffic congestion and emissions to facilitate movement from A to B. As an avid networker, Michael uses his skills to build innovative and sustainable solutions in the startup scene.
Michael McGraw: Principal at Inovia Capital, a VC firm that partners with founders to build impactful and enduring global companies. Michael has gained operating experience through a secondment as a Project Manager at Hopper, a travel tech startup that has raised over $700 million. Michele d’Herde: Senior Marketing and Communication Expert at Koodoo, a specialist healthcare marketing agency based in Kingston-upon-Thames. Also active as a private investor, Michele possesses a strong passion for discovering Health Tech solutions, which could benefit form expertise in digital marketing and communications.
Mikko Puhakka: VC and private Business Angel, works at his own consulting and corporate finance company, Lion Partners, serving both private and public clients in the EU and Asia.
