Lina Chong, Partner at Target Global, will speak at this year’s EU-Startups Summit!

On April 20-21, 2023, we will be welcoming you again to our annual EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona! This year, the event will be bigger and better than ever before and we’ll have lots of exciting speakers, panel discussions, networking activities, pitch competitions and much more. The EU-Startups Summit will gather over 2,000 founders, startup enthusiasts and investors for two days of networking, inspiration and learning!

Next up in our exciting speaker lineup, we’re very happy to share that Lina Chong, Partner at Target Global will be joining us! Alongside being a jury member for the ever-popular Pitch Competition this year, Lina will also share an incredibly valuable workshop on the trials and tribulations of fundraising at the early stage.

Lina joined Target Global in 2018 and is one of the leaders driving early-stage investments. She specializes in the growing areas of SaaS, Consumer Products and Web 3.0, and has worked with some big names in Europe’s startup ecosystem including TravelPerk, Fresha, Bloom and Kippah. Her insights will be incredibly valuable for any founder navigating the uneasy waters of fundraising at the early stage. Lina is also someone who we have identified as one of Europe’s most active and influential female investors – so make sure you join us in Barcelona to gather her insights, tips and expertise.

Based in Berlin, Target Global is a pan-European investment firm that has backed global success stories such as Delivery Hero, Revolut, Auto 1 Group, Copper, Rapyd, Wefox, Flink, Cazoo, and many others. Since 2021, the firm has supported the creation of 15 unicorns and has had 21 exits and 7 IPOs. Currently with €3 billion in assets under management, it’s certainly an influential firm in the wider startup space and the Summit will be a great chance to connect with Lina and learn more about the ins and outs in fundraising.
