Meet the 15 finalists of the pitch competition at this year’s EU-Startups Summit!

On the 28th-30th of April, we’re hosting the 7th edition of the EU-Startups Summit – this year as an online event. This 3-day event will give you the chance to (virtually) connect and network with over 1,500 participants, learn from around 70 expert speakers, listen to educational talks with internationally successful founders, and, of course, bite your nails through our exciting pitch competition!

This big pitch competition will showcase 15 of Europe’s most exciting early-stage startups (selected from about 1000 applicants!). The pre-selected startups will pitch for 2 minutes in front of our attendees and an expert jury of well known investors.

Prize-Package-2021The Prize Package: The winning startup team of this year’s Pitch Competition will receive a prize package with a value of about €78,500 and gets prominently featured by EU-Startups and other publications. The prize package will include up to $30K in AWS Credits and premium support, €9K in credits for an enterprise package of the social media monitoring tool Senti.One, €8.5K in credits for an explainer video maker account of mysimpleshow, €2K in credits for the design platform 99designs by Vistaprint, a Spaces coworking membership for 2 people & 1 year (value: €4.8K), a 1 year Guru Plan for SEMrush worth €2.2K, 1 year of Pipedrive – professional package for 10 team members (value: ~€6K), €2K in credits for the cloud communications platform Vonage, which allows startups to integrate voice, video and messaging into their applications, $10K credits across Freshworks business software products, the annual suite plan for the lead finding platform FindThatLead (valued ~$4K) and a 5 year CLUB membership + an exhibition table at the EU-Startups Summit 2022 and 3 tickets (total value: ~€6K).

So without further ado, here are the 15 finalists for our upcoming pitch competition finals:

Advosense – Founded by two female entrepreneurs in Berlin, in 2020, Advosense is on a mission to transform geriatric care, empowering clinicians to know when, where and how to care for patients.

Algomo – Founded in 2020, is a London-based startup which offers AI-based Virtual Assistants. Algomo is a multilingual chatbot engine that automates and simplifies customer service operations across all markets.

Bidrento – Tallin-based Bidrento, founded in 2019, is a residential rental property management software for letting agents, landlords and property managers which saves money and reduces administration time by 75%.

Bloom – Founded in 2020, UK-based Bloom is a business software that helps teams to perform better, by enabling them to identify, measure and put into action the positive behaviours that best support their goals.

Carge – Athens-based Carge, founded in 2020, is an MaaS application that helps EV drivers get access to all public charging networks, by unifying thousands of charging stations, and providng users with a seamless experience.

HigoSense – Warsaw-based HigoSense is a breakthrough small telemedical system that introduces a new definition of “medical appointment”. Patients can collect data about their health themselves, which are sent to the doctor for analysis.

Hubl – London-based Hubl is a ‘forever’ network made for University students and staff. Founded in 2019, Hubl provides a platform that all community members rely on to support their lifelong learning, professional ambitions and personal development.

Performetry – Founded in 2019, Performetry is an employee engagement and gamification platform for in-house, distributed, and remote teams. In particular, the startup offers real-time sentiment analysis for leadership and HR departments.

PlanCo – German startup PlanCo is building the first community app for industrial sites. Just like neighbours connect with each other, employees on industrial sites connect because they share the same work location every day.

Rohme – London-based Rohme, founded in 2020, is revolutionising the healthcare industry, making it easier for locums to book shifts with full control of their salary, location and schedule, while simultaneously making it effortless for healthcare organisations.

tuto.ai – The Berlin-based startup tuto understands that we all learn differently. Tuto empowers language learners by making their learning personal, data-driven, engaging, so they can learn any language ‘their way’.

Type Studio – Berlin-based Type Studio, founded in 2020, is new kind of video editor which lets you edit your video by editing the transcribed text. To cut or trim your video select the text you would like to cut and hit delete.

Wedo – The London-based startup Wedo was founded in 2019 and lets you manage, schedule and host events, stream live and earn in real time. It offers chat, video and payments, all on one seamless platform.

Workademy – Based in Berlin and founded in 2019, Workademy makes corporate learning engaging and goal-oriented. Its aim? To bring companies, experts, and employees together.

Xibit – The Berlin-based startup Xibit, founded in 2019, is one of the first cross-brand furniture marketplaces natively designed with augmented reality for the convenience of customers.
