The most promising early-stage healthtech startups will be competing during the InnoStars Awards Grand Final, which will take place virtually on 26 October, 14:30 – 17:00, with the Live Announcement of the Winners at 16:50 CET. This will be the startups’ big moment, after a four-month programme, in which the 10 selected teams received €25K with individual mentoring and the opportunity to participate in two European bootcamps. You will also get to meet the best selected teams taking part in Headstart. This programme provides emerging companies with mentorship and funding opportunities to accelerate the development and time-to-market of innovative products and services to improve the lives of European patients and citizen. This year, Headstart is supplemented by two special programmes: COVID-19 and the U.S. NAM Healthy Longevity Global Competition for ventures with a focus on physical, mental, and social well-being for people as they age. The teams developing healthcare solutions and products focused on COVID-19 will pitch on 28 October at 14.00-14.30, while on 29 October we will see teams in general (Cohort A: 11.00 – 12.00) and NAM category (Cohort B: 15:30 – 16:15).
