An advisor from Tech Internships Abroad personally follows up with each intern who applies for the program, does a thorough screening, and assesses which organisation is right for them. The students are then matched with startups, companies and organisations, which then interview the students themselves to determine if they are a good match. If so, a learning agreement is signed with the students university, typically for a period of 6-12 months – providing hands-on work experience for the student, and medium to long-term support for companies.
