A total of roughly 1,100 founders, startup enthusiasts, investors, media people and corporates joined us last week at this year’s EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona. We were a bit unlucky with the weather on the 2nd day, but this didn’t stop our attendees from having a good time at the event and to make a lot of valuable connections! 🙂
One of the highlights during the event was clearly our big pitch competition. Overall, about 950 startups applied to participate. 14 of them made it to the finals and pitched in front of an expert jury of high profile investors. In the end it was the Tribe founder Julian Hoelz who took home the prize package worth €75,000.
Below you’ll find around 200 pictures from both days of this year’s EU-Startups Summit. Most of them were taken by our team and by the photographer Lee Zelba.
To all attendees: It was super awesome to meet you in Barcelona last week! 🙂 We hope to see as many of you as possible at the next edition of the EU-Startups Summit. The dates and location will be announced by the end of this month.
