Too Good To Go’s CEO Mette Lykke will speak at the EU-Startups Summit online!

On the 28th-30th of April, we’re hosting the 7th edition of the EU-Startups Summit – this year as an online event. This 3-day event will give you the chance to (virtually) connect and network with over 1,500 participants, learn from around 70 expert speakers, listen to educational talks with internationally successful founders, and bite your nails through our exciting pitch competition.

Today we are excited to announce speaker Mette Lykke, CEO of Too Good To Go and former co-founder of Endomondo.

Mette co-founded super-successful social fitness community Endomondo in 2007, and grew the platform for 10 years, before heading onto a new challenge that was Too Good To Go. Taking up the CEO position at this Copenhagen-based startup in 2017, she’s been leading the team as they fight food waste, by allowing users to buy surplus, unsold food from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries etc. that otherwise would have to be thrown out. Together with a fast-growing team, she expanded To Good To Go to 15 countries, raised a total of €16 million, and is on her way to save 20 million meals per year. If you’re a team member behind a social or environmental startup, are a founder looking for leadership tips, or would like to incorporate impact into your traditional tech startup, Mette holds a world of insights that could be useful for you.

At the EU-Startups Summit, Mette will join us for a fireside chat, sharing her experience of growing both Endomondo and Too Good To Go, and her top tips for European founders.

If you would like to learn from Mette’s insights, plus meet 1,500+ startup players, listen to educational talks and be motivated and inspired by our speakers, there’s still time to secure your ticket to the EU Startups Summit 2021!

More info can also be found here (page will be updated on a weekly basis). We look forward to seeing you online!
