Espoo-based Fixably, the software to help fix hardware, raises €1.6 million to extend the lifetime of a billion devices

Today Fixably, the software allowing repair shops and technicians to manage their workflow more efficiently to get hardware fixed, has secured approx. €1.6 million in funding, led by Icebreaker.vc – the early stage venture capital fund operating in Finland, Estonia and Sweden.

Fixably, founded in 2015, is a fast-growing SaaS provider located in Espoo, Finland. The team has created a complete service management system specifically designed and developed for Apple Authorised Service Providers. Fixably integrates all tools needed to perform and follow-up repairs, handle internal resources and workflows, monetary transactions, logistics, customer communication, Apple requirements and more.

Fixably’s interface is attractive and easy to use for each process of the workflow, and is highly configurable and scales well for all types and sizes of businesses, providing great support for business proven processes.

Fixably, will use the funds to accelerate their US expansion whilst increasing European and APAC presence. Joel Mansnerus, CEO and co-founder, Fixably, says: “After twenty years of working with Apple repairs, ten of which were spent building my own repair service company, it became obvious that the best way to secure high growth is a purpose-built software supporting my employees and customers from all ends to any end.”

Fixably boasts rapid growth through its customers in three different continents, creating a gross transactional value of more than around €84 million. With over 1 million repairs completed so far in 2020, the company expects to increase this amount to 3 million repairs by the end of 2021.  Beyond this, the goal is to extend the life of one billion devices.
