About the job
We are now looking for a developer with the ambition to join our team as. The position starts as soon as we found the right person and will run over a 5-8 month trial period, to see how well we fit together. If the trial period is mutually successful, we want to keep you as a co-founder and shareholder of the company.
As UX and Product designer, you have the opportunity to set the direction of our complete user experience, create great functions and develop an amazing design. Your tasks will be focused on hands-on development of our UX as well as strategic decisions and plans.
You will…
- be responsible for designing and implementing a completely new UX
- be responsible for designing and implementing our gamification architecture and design
- continuously plan, design and implement architectural UX and UI features
- help maintain and improve code quality and a smooth UX
- write efficient code and design features, keeping object-oriented programming in mind
- participate in a key area of product development and really contribute to the future of both the product and the company
- be working from the beach, the couch or the coffee shop - anywhere you like really
- contribute to the development of our company culture
We need you to be
- Experienced with C#, .NET and its ecosystem
- Experienced in using code versioning tools, like Git and SVN
- Experienced with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Familiar with GDPR
- Familiar with user profiling and related architecture
- Familiar with wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
- Experienced with interaction design and information architecture
- Able to work independently and willing to learn the needs of our users
- In love with creating smooth, user-friendly and visually pleasing UX
It’s a bonus if you are
- An experienced designer, possibly with an academic degree (or pursuing one)
- Experienced with working towards young target groups
- Familiar with remote working
- Familiar with Python and its ecosystem
We believe you are
- Currently studying a BS/MS in Computer Science, Design or related
- Eager to use your design skills to do some real impact in the world, and also see the results of your work
- Eager to grow both professionally and personally
- A communicative and technological team player
- A natural problem solver and a goal oriented person with a strong can-do attitude
- A person who enjoys an innovative environment and continuously contributes to it
- Interested in interface design
- Disciplined and motivated enough to be able to work remote
