Chief Operating Officer - you take care of all operations and development aspects of happitz, ensuring that the service of happitz runs stable and smooth. This includes to manage the development and tech-operations, the customer support, the content management team, and to closely cooperate with product management and marketing (CMO).
You have an education related to IT/technology, but want to be something else than developer. You are willing to learn and to grow.
We will provide you with coaching on the jobs, by the founders, and with a coaching program by an experienced COO.
As the company does its market entry and MVP in Germany and Austria, it is mandatory that you speak German fluently and that you can spend a serious amount of time in Munich.
