Position
As a Software QA Engineer, you will play an integral role in Showpad as one of its quality pillars. Showpad believes in constructing cross functional Agile teams, where we all are all stakeholders in ‘baking in quality’ right from the very off. Showpad appreciates automation and championing quality to provide our customers an unforgettable Showpad experience.

- You are passionate about Automation process and delivering Quality
- Agile mindset with a clear focus on Customer, Product and Team aims
- ‘Automate first’ mindset who is meticulous to detail in defining Acceptance Tests
- A key contributor to the QA Guild in driving improvements beyond your Scrum Team
- Analytic mindset who is able to challenge the status quo
- "Quality is a never-ending process of improvement!"
- Worked in a continuous test and delivery culture before
About you:
- Technical background in Automation Frameworks (e.g Javascript, Java, Swift)
- Appreciation of architecture and steps up to ‘look under the hood’
- Strong influencer in driving the ‘Automate First’ approach and well versed in test Automation
- Analytical mindset who is able to present the facts, options and solutions
- Full-stack QA who works with both backend and frontend technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for technology and the desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
