Having grown to an international team of over 100 full-time employees and has received a great response after rolling out our English version in the US and other countries worldwide, we are now focusing on expanding our presence.

We are looking for a creative and at the same time data-driven Social Media Manager with a focus on content creation to join our US Marketing team. You’re a self-starter, team player and you have experience with target groups in the US-market? Then we are searching for you!


  • Build and execute our social media strategy from start to finish
  • Create content in the form of a blog and  social media (Facebook & Instagram) posts for our target audience
  • Design and create your own social media campaigns, track results, and share feedback on learnings
  • Take an analytical approach to data and trends to help build the content calendar
  • Work with wider marketing team to implement posts that are parts of a specific campaign
  • Research keywords and use them to optimize social media output
  • Find opportunities to build genuine, long-term  relationships with users, and earn links through social media
  • Spend the extra effort to engage and interact with users on social media
  • Work with influencers to share information about the AMBOSS brand and co-create online campaigns


  • Strong writer on a variety of topics who focuses on quality over quantity
  • You have a creative mindset, think quickly on your feet, and come with out-of-the-box strategies
  • Can notice trends and patterns within data - interpret that data and uses the information to make smarter decisions
  • Forward thinking and constantly coming up with new ideas/strategies
  • You make decisions based on data and trends - placing a high value on tracking and analyzing metrics
  • English speaking and writing skills on a native speaker level
  • 3+ years in social media
  • Deep knowledge of the US market
  • Bonus: have some experience working on earned media campaigns
  • Bonus: experience with writing the creative script for short marketing videos
