We are in search of a Senior Digital Account Director, that has in-depth experience in delivering global digital campaigns across multiple geographies.

What you will do:
As our new SENIOR DIGITAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, you'll have as responsibilities
- Strategy definition and End to End digital transformation project management for 28 countries in the EURAM Region
- Lead team of 10 pax between digital, creative, Big Data & AI, and our MarTech divisions.
- Manage the Profit & Loss account with sales development and earnings objectives
- Coordinate the outcome of the different areas to deliver established Project KPIS- SEO, SEM, Webpage, APP, Social Media, Content, marketing, PR, email marketing, data analytics, and automation.
- Nurture our client relationships, matching client expectations, whilst ensuring deliverables, client satisfaction and project profitability met and exceeded
- Be responsible for new pitches and business development
In addition to this, you'll also:
- Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the company
- Collaborate in new projects and pitches development
- Participate in the Company Executive Committee
Your Experience:
- Between 7 to 10 years of experience within a start-up, multinational, and or digital/advertising agencies.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Marketing and MBA
- Superb English reading, writing, and speaking skills, Spanish would be a plus
