YOUR MISSION
The leadership team at MOTIONTAG is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) who has already built lead generation programs in a B2B startup and brings a high level of motivation and ownership to our growing team. Reporting to the COO and working within a newly built revenue team, you’ll drive our pipeline revenue by being at the forefront of our sales efforts and exploring new product ideas with potential customers. We need your support in
- Generating high value, well-qualified sales opportunities, with a focus on DACH
- Managing, nurturing, and growing a pipeline of interested prospects
- Mapping prospective accounts around organizational structure and people
- Orchestrating discussions with senior executives around their business needs
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the markets/verticals you oversee
- Translating customer needs in product ideas and pilot projects
- Collaborating with other departments, like marketing and content, to develop and enhance strategies to better target our audience and capture leads
YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BDR in a startup with a B2B setting or in consultancy
- Fluency in both German and English
- Expert command of CRM tools (Hubspot or similar)
- Good command of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Previous experience selling data, SaaS products and SDKs is a plus
- A good networker that is driven to grow the business and think out of the box
- Love to learn and share knowledge
- Driven, reliable, good level of self-organization, team player!
