    The Job

    The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for bringing in new subscription clients to 24Slides.

    This means executing customer meetings and talking to customers on the phone and through email to build a subscription pipeline of new clients and close new subscription business.

    This is measured by the Monthly MRR of new companies signing up for subscriptions that have been driven by the Senior Business Development Manager.

    Who you are

    We value WHO you are over WHAT you've done. We will continue to search for the right candidate until we are confident there is a 'click' into the position.

    You have done sales previously and can explain how you book meetings with new customers, how you execute customer meetings, and what needs to happen at the meeting for you to create an opportunity afterward.

    You have been closing your own deals before and understanding the basic dynamics of negotiating.

    You have +5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of doing customer meetings and hitting your revenue targets.

    You have the potential to grow into a leadership position in our sales organization.

    How will your success be measured:

    • Your ability to increase subscription revenue coming in from new customers.
    • Your ability to execute sales meetings and create opportunities.
    • Your ability to build a strong pipeline, to make sure the sales department hits its new business revenue target MoM.

    Description of tasks:

    • Execute sales meetings with potential subscription customers.
    • Build a large subscription pipeline of new customers, talking to our existing customers and upselling them.
    • Handle, legal, procurement, and negotiations with new subscription customers to close deals and increase new business MRR from subscription customers.
    • Creatively thinking about how 24Slides can increase the number of companies that have a dedicated team setup.
    • Work closely with Business development managers to maximize the number of customer meetings, booked from various sales channels.
    • Do direct outreach to leads to meet pipeline targets.
