Description
As our Senior Account Manager Energy Management (m/f) you will help us reinventing energy management by playing an active part in our team. You will be responsible for sales and distribution of our products and services as well as the account management of new and existing clients throughout the entire process from acquisition to customer
relationship management. In this position you will report directly to our General Manager.
Your Tasks:
● You prospect, qualify and acquire new clients as well as secure current clients and partners
● You explore and develop new business opportunities at established and new accounts
● You translate clients’ and partners’ requests as well as market trends into higher service levels, product modifications, new product development and delivery of sales growth
● You work closely with our Technical Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered according to customer contract that also includes customer expectation management
● You contribute to a smooth interface with other team members such as technical service, product development and partners
● You travel regularly to prospective and current clients’ locations and represent our company at trade fairs, conventions and conferences
Your Profile:
● You ideally have completed a technical or related degree like engineering or alternatively have a commercial education
● You have in-depth experience in B2B sales ideally in the fields of energy management and/or SaaS products
● You are able to build and maintain relationships at all levels with clients and within the company
● Besides excellent communication and negotiation skills, you have outstanding customer service skills
● You are proficient in working via CRM-tools
● Good knowledge of the energy sector and its actors as well as a good network to decision makers and other responsible authorities is a big plus
● You work highly effective and get things done: smart, hardworking, self-motivated
● You are willing to travel regularly
● You are fluent in English and German
