    This role allows you to train and improve your sales skills on the job. Successful candidates work very hard on prospecting, qualifying leads and generating interest in FeedbackFruits.

    If done right, this hard work results in onboarding new universities leading to a nice bonus, building up your sales knowledge leading to career promotion. Our end goal is to help you improve as a professional and to reach the next level of your career as an Account Executive, managing your own team and client base.

    Responsibilities (from high to low priority):

    Outbound Sales development (40% of your time):

    • Generating new prospects in your target region
    • Attending industry events and possibly international sales trips

    Inbound Sales development (20% of your time):

    • Delivering high quality warm leads to AE’s (with help of AE and Interns)
    • Managing reactive funnels

    Deal closing support (20% of your time):

    • Assisting with proposals, technical/legal documentation and tender procedures
    • Facilitating technical integration calls/meetings
    • Assisting prospects using tools when integrated into Sandbox environments

    Day to day assistance of interns (10% of your time):

    • Helping interns with outreach processes
    • Managing demo environments and keeping them crystal clear
    • Helping interns how to respond on reactive leads

    Admin & Learning (10% of your time)

    Qualifications:

    • Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about improving higher education with technology
    • Minimum HBO/Bachelor degree (or smart drop-outs)
    • Excellent rapid follow-up skills
    • Strong work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Works well in a highly collaborative team
    • Result driven
    • Winner mentality
    • US, UK or Scandinavian background is a plus
