SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPER (SWEDEN, STOCKHOLM)

Finnish financial technology company TAVIQ Oy (taviqinvesting.com) is looking for a skilled, outgoing, and experienced Sales and Business Developer to be responsible for building relationships and sales for TAVIQ’s products and services in Sweden.
TAVIQ is expanding rapidly on the Swedish market, which is why we are looking for an extrovert and goal oriented sales professional, preferably with sales experience within IT-projects, finance, and financial software. TAVIQ develops intelligent software solutions that help investment services and wealth managers to modernize and automate their services and serve their clients in more efficient and personal way. We want you to be part of us by making the landscape of Swedish financial industry ready for tomorrow.
As our local Sales and Business Developer you are responsible for Swedish market and for generating leads along with our marketing efforts, contact prospects, presenting product offerings and services to the prospects and customers. Your goal is to find the best solution for customers’ needs. You will support the sales lifecycle from lead generation, to prospecting, to relationship building, and to finding the customers’ needs. Your responsibilities will grow along your results and will move up on the sales life cycle as you proceed - the mid-term goal is to grow you to be our country manager in Sweden while the long-term goal sees only imagination as its limits.
To accomplish our goals, the Sales and Business Developer must have a strong desire to leverage her/his technical and sales skills, existing network in the Swedish financial industry, have strong personal drive, good social skills, and be always looking for improvement opportunities.
-Generate leads with our marketing efforts.
-Contact potential customers and arrange meetings with them.
-Find and understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that need.
-Plan, partly design, and present customized demos.
-Assist on the sales cycle all the way to deal signing.
-Your responsibilities will grow as you proceed.
-Technical background (not necessarily professional efficiency).
-Experience in software sales and a strong drive to be one of the best salesperson in the industry.
-Financial services industry experience/knowledge and existing financial industry network is needed.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Understanding of human psychology, buying habits, and how to modify own behavior in order to accomplish rapport and build relationships.
-Since you will be the first in Swedish market as we enter there, you need to be an entrepreneurial person, extremely driven, bold, and have a great spirit of initiative.
-Ability to travel in the Nordics.
-Your preferred location is Stockholm.
-Fluent in English and native in Swedish.
