We develop and implement creative marketing strategies for international gaming clients. Our key clients are Tencent, Konami, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Electronic Arts, Youzu, Nexon, Innogames and Kakao Games. We help these game publishers to target the right gamer audience using a variety of marketing channels, especially with our influencer marketing product nevaly, via Smart TV marketing and with innovative programmatic advertising. Our HQ is located in the heart of Berlin, along with offices in San Francisco and Shanghai.
Your Role
- Recruiting junior to c-level positions for our companies: ad2games, ComboStrike and nevaly
- Management of the full recruitment cycle including writing job requisitions, posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer creation and communication throughout the cycle
- Working closely with hiring managers to perfectly align on roles and ensure a smooth process
- Active sourcing of candidates for the more demanding profiles
- Provide reports to the hiring managers on recruiting efforts
- Keep up-to-date about recruiting practices and provide innovative recruiting solutions
- Keep a strategic approach about the recruiting activities of the company
Our Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting complex profiles
- Experience with gaming or marketing related roles is a big plus
- Excellent English skills
- You prioritise the team needs and offer proactive solutions
- You are an easygoing person and work well with others
- You have excellent organisation skills
- Ideally, you have an understanding about the trends in the gaming industry
