Your Role
Our groundbreaking LiDAR sensors pave the road towards many different applications. They are so versatile that many customers have great ideas what to do with them, but sometimes they do not know how. A good way to help these customers is to start a joint project, where we support the integration of our LiDAR solutions into their applications. This is where you come into play: As our Project Manager (m/f/d), you are the contact person for our different engineering teams and our clients of the automotive and IoT sector. With your systematic approach, you establish processes that are stable enough to carry projects through fast-paced phases. Managing expectations from both sides is another key that makes these projects a success!
Responsibilities
- Support our experienced project leaders and manage LiDAR customers projects
- Play a central role in our customer projects and be responsible for budget planning, work packages, timelines and resources
- Be the contact person for customers and our departments for LiDAR projects in the field of automotive, IoT, security and smart city
- Plan projects and support the process of creating quotations
- Contribute your methodical knowledge and work on our future project management standards, tools and processes
Requirements
- You have first experience as a project manager in industry, ideally in electronics, IT/Software automotive projects and/or IoT field
- You have a diploma or master’s degree in (industrial-) engineering (or similar) or in business administration/management with a strong focus of technology
- Your work method is structured, methodical, goal-oriented and comprehensive
- You are able to understand complex technical issues
- You have very good communication skills in German and English (verbal, written)
- You are proficient in cross-functional work and confident in finding solutions for unforeseen events
