About the role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Product Manager (m / f / d) who will ensure Product & Customer Centric Development and strong moving forward of the Front Runner Team & Product.
What You Will Do
- You will support product vision and roadmap definition by discovering and defining opportunities to enhance customer's experience and drive business impact.
- You will align with internal and external business partners and technology experts from around the world about their requirements, needs and future product ideas.
- You will breakdown vision, strategy and roadmap into releases and sprints and then transfer and detail those into collaboration tools (e.g. Jira).
- You will define and measure metrics based on business goals and your units’ OKRs and actively start tracking them with the team and relevant stakeholders.
- You will establish and continuously optimize development process as Scrum Master.
- You will foster a self-organizing spirit and ensure high motivation within our team of internal and external developers, introduce velocity management concepts and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- You will closely interlink and support our customers success teams to ensure product acceptance among internal and external stakeholders as well as smooth and seamless onboarding of new clients.
- You will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align requirements and achieve business goals
Your Profile
- University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager with preference for candidates with a track record creating best in class software solutions, ideally in a modular context.
- Experience working as SCRUM master, managing international SCRUM teams spread across different locations and as well as tracking and visualizing development progress.
- Significant experience working in start-up (like) settings, comfortable working in high-pace environments and applying outcome focused frameworks to measure success (e.g. OKRs).
- Natural ability to make things happen around you through strong cross-functional leadership, management of project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs into actionable product requirements.
- Familiar with agile organizations and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where to strive for continuous learning, improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German. Any additional foreign language is a plus.
