    Neurosphere is looking for a Full-stack JavaScript Developer (f/m)

    We are a Berlin-based Neurotech company and a conscious business with one mission: to help unlock the full cognitive potential of the human brain. We want to make the advances of Neurotech simple to use, understandable and more accessible for everyone.

    Our first product is designed to make the advantages of neuroscientific technology, consciousness research and meditation more accessible to the workplace. It allows individuals and teams to perform a Neurofeedback-based mindfulness training, which is automatized and flexible in time and duration, without any third-person assistance. The testing of our first minimum viable product with our pilot customers has already started.

    Now we are looking for an experienced Full-stack JavaScript engineer who has a structured approach to coding and is open to technological challenges.          

    What you will be doing
    Co-design and co-develop the further development of our highly flexible neurofeedback software.

    Make design decisions as one of the key software engineers of our team.

    Help the development team in finding bugs and debugging the software.

    Interest in the technology and the neuroscience behind it

    You should excel in:
    Node.js, JavaScript
    Cordova, MongoDB / SQL

    Additional skills:
    Experience with building and running applications in production.
    Experience in machine learning and real-time data processing/time series analysis.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    Ability to find creative solutions to technical problems.
    Fluency in English (don't know German? no problem!)

    It would be nice if you:
    Have a deep understanding of ES2015 and new ES proposals.
    Experienced in programming close to hardware and Android development.
    Interested in recent findings in cognitive sciences
    Are proficient in testing frameworks.
    Embrace declarative/functional programming concepts.
    Consider asynchronous operations and control flow a fun exercise.
