Management Consultant PPM Start Up Consultancy - £90K + Bonus
A London based Consultancy Start-Up now require a Manager Grade PPM Consultant to join their growing team and help in shaping the business and support the needs of their expanding client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial PPM Consultant / Project Manager with Consulting background to work in a meritocratic environment and deliver tangible business benefits and build long term relationships with customers.
The role will be primarily remote working with monthly meetings at the London based office. The salary on offer is up to £90k depending on experience + Bonus, flexible leave, and a self-directed career model.
As a senior representative of the business, you will need prior experience of team leadership and highly effective senior stakeholder management.
You will be responsible for working closely with clients, promoting the businesses capabilities in order to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
The PPM Consultant will have the following experience :
- Experience working in a consultancy highly desirable
- Excellent project / programme management skills, proven background in managing budgets of £1m+
- Proven team leadership and relationship building skills.
- Supporting senior leadership to deliver larger projects
- Helping the business to develop their services, products, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience assisting business development or a strong understanding of consulting BD
- Prince2 / ISEB / PROSCI / Six Sigma / Agile / SAFe or similar qualifications advantageous
