Greetings to my future slave!
I am currently studying in Humboldt Universität zu Berlin.
I am looking for co-founders who would like to begin a startup with me.
The Idea I have is to make AR-based RPG, somewhat like PokemonGo type of deal, but based on quite different concept. something more mature and scary?
So I am going to need a few bold co-founders who would like to check if they still got some balls.
1. CEO
I am not a EU citizen, which means I am not eligible to apply for establishing a company in Europe. I need someone who is a european citizen, is also eligible to found a small size company.
-speaks German and English
-knows general knowledge of how to found a business in Germany, better if you have done it at least once.
You need to understand the company will be found under your name, and must take huge responsibility in lots of things.
2. Developers
I don't know a jack about Programming. What I need you to do is to build a smartphone application, through which people can see ARed image on their camera screen. I don't think it would be too difficult compared to recent high-end AR games, because AR feature is like an extra pepper or pamersan cheese to the main dish we are trying to cook.
like I said, I don't know a thing about programming, software development, so if you are specialized in certain field, you need to explain it to me as if you are talking to a 5 years old kid.
once I receive application from you guys, I am gonna ask you to build a few samples so I can be sure you are the person for the job. or just send me something that can show me what you are capable of.
3. Localization Specialist
I need someone who can translate whole thing to German. You don't have to be a professional, I would rather have someone who has been reading a lots of detective novels. Just things need to be made sense to local German customers.
Once I receive application from you guys, I am gonna ask you to translate a scenario written in English into German.
4. Actor / Actress
In one of the first project I am planning to begin involves an Actress or an actor.
I don't know how things go to hire actor or actress like at all so just send me what you send to other agency or stuff. I just need to see if you can be very creepy.
You are going to receive instructions from us and all you have to do is to follow it.
Nothing sexual, violent, just show yourself up in front of customers and scare them from distance.
You will be given notice just about a week before your work. Sorry to say, you need to be able to show up for every request we make because if you don't for some reason, we are doomed.
5. Writer
I am the one who is in charge of writing scenarios for my project. I need someone who would like to help me out when my ideas get stuck, or read through and suggest some better ideas. It would be great if you like to read detective stories, scary ones. It would be fantasic if you like to create some creative puzzels, riddles.
If you grew up in Berlin and know lots of secret spots in Berlin, names of street, that would be huge plus. I am thinking of launching the service in London, Tokyo, New York later on, but for now, it's Berin
Key thing for a writer here is to understand what kind of contents we need to come up with in order to correspond with current AR technology we work within.

Now, the most important part. Money!
I don't have any money to pay any of you at the beginning.
(I am barely paying my rent at the moment, actually)
What I promise is that all beginning members of the company will have your share in the company as soon as the company is actually founded, so we can deal with signing all those legal papers, contracts and all. Right now, I just don't have any! I am just a poor student just like everyone else.
so I guess if you are looking for a decent job with decent pay like right now, i guess this is not the job for you.
If you are struggling finding a job, but you still have some spare time to dedicate into unrealistic, high risk baby startup, and you wanna have something extra on your CV or something to add in your portfolio, and have some nice experience of founding a company, and happened to be a person fit into those positions above,
