IT Support Specialist at Rentals United works as a member of the IT & API Support team alongside Developers to contribute to developing the SaaS platform.
As a future team member of the IT Team you will share the following tasks :
- support our partners and assist users
- identify and resolve issues in order to avoid future incidents
- identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- communicate within the international team and work closely with our business partners
Who you are :
- willing to develop your skills professionally
- openness to learning new things
- very good command of English (B2+)
- able to read and provide technical documentation (tech-docs usage)
- great communication skills (mainly writing & reading as we support our partners via ticketing tools)
- ability to explain and communicate highly technical and complex IT issues to non-technical people
- creativity, assertiveness and attention to detail
- can-do attitude
- nice to have : in-depth API knowledge

- Type of contract : B2B (32,5 - 45 pln / h + VAT) & full-time position ( 168 hrs / month)
- Remote work : yes
- Contract duration : permanent
- Office hours : 7-15 / 10 - 18 / 14 - 22 (there are 3 work shifts to cover for the IT Support team)
