Growing a Community of Entrepreneurs
Just 6 months ago, we created Enter Network, a meetup and community for entrepreneurs in and around Utrecht. There was a clear need for this — We now have 400+ membersin our community, a website, and quickly growing Instagram and Facebook pages. And now, we want to expand the community even further.
That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a student who’s ready to take on a unique challenge and internship: Your internship project consists of growing a new community of entrepreneurs from in and around Utrecht.
That may seem like a challenging task, but we have good ideas on how to do this — We simply need your help to realize it!
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who (preferably) lives in Utrecht. Someone who is enthusiastic. Who knows their way around Instagram, writing and knows how to apply growth hacking principles. Who wants to learn, and can grasp new subjects quickly. Someone who wants to improve him- or herself, and broaden their horizon. Someone who enjoys being around others, who is empathetic, and who speaks easily to strangers. Someone who is willing to work hard. Someone who has an entrepreneur’s mindset and is willing to do what it takes.
In short, we’re looking for extraordinary people that can contribute to and share in the success of our community.
Who we are
Founded by two young entrepreneurs, we set up Enter Network and have grown quickly.
Before we started Enter Network, whenever we wanted to meet other entrepreneurs, we would go to a meetup in Amsterdam. But Utrecht is a very entrepreneurial city, and filled with people starting new companies and startups. That’s why we founded Enter Network, to cater to this target group and help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Utrecht.
We now organize a monthly event where we invite two speakers to discuss different topics, from B2B sales to startup funding. Some 40-50 people attend every meetup and our community is ever-growing. In order to grow further, we are now working on arranging sponsorships and planning new events. But we welcome any new ideas, and you’ll have a lot of freedom in the way you want to expand our community.
So what’s the culture like at Infloat and Enter Network? Well, we work hard, enjoy ourselves and are constantly building new things. We have a growth mindset and don’t have fixed ideas of how long a workday should be — the output matters more than the time you put in. This means we expect a lot from ourselves, each other and of you.
What we offer
We offer an internship (not a research internship) with a minimum of 3 months. In our small company, there are lots of opportunities for someone who’s willing to work hard and grow. Our office is located in a super inspiring and green co-working space (Utrecht Community) near the Amsterdamsestraatweg in Utrecht.
