For an owner-managed internationally active IT consulting company, which offers individual solutions to core industries (automotive, food, pharmaceutical, ...) and financial services, we are looking for

Java Architect and / or Java Developer

located in Austria

Your tasks:

• You take on the conception, development and implementation of software applications
• You are responsible for the execution of software projects and the monitoring of project progress
• You are responsible for the independent implementation of the solutions
• Will ensure the software quality on an ongoing basis and will constantly carry out software tests and ensure the accompanying documentation

Your Profile:

• Completed IT-technical education (FH, HTL, TU) or comparable practice in software development
• Several years of experience in Java EE or similar platforms
• Experience in technical conception and planning / architecture
• Profound knowledge in the development of Internet based Java applications using common standards and standards frameworks
• Secure mastery of the development tools and infrastructure components used (Eclipse, Subversion,Tomcat, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux)
• Extensive knowledge and practice in as many of the following areas as possible: SQL, XML, XSLT, SOAP, CSS, Ajax, JSON, JSF, JavaScript, JMS, Lucene, CDI
• Knowledge of at least one O / R Mapper
• Very good knowledge of the object-oriented paradigm
• Good understanding of at least one development process for software
• Interest in the development platform Java and its current developments
• Knowledge of the programming language Natural desirable
• Good English knowledge
