Your role in this journey
- Creation of work contracts and other documents, including reference letters in German and English
- Maintenance of our personnel files, our HR software and shared information platforms
- Creation, management and monitoring of reports, e.g. KPI reports
- Administrative on- and offboarding of new team members
- Support of the payroll process
- Research, evaluation and implementation of automation opportunities and optimization of internal processes
- Support and management of projects in office and event management
- Management of candidates’ travel costs reimbursement
Your backpack is filled with
- Education or studies in Human Resources, as office clerk, in hotel business or another related field
- Interest in developing knowledge in labor law, tax and insurance in Germany hands-on
- Extremely precise and reliable way of working
- Very high confidentiality
- Business fluent German and English skills
- First experience in Human Resources is a plus
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, first experience with HR software is a plus
