ASSIGNMENTS
At Free2move, we are growing fast. To help us go faster, we're seeking a talented HR student.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent French and English communication' skills and the ability to multitask combined with organizational skills as she/he will often be asked to work closely with teammates across different departments and countries.
You will:
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate / interviewer expectations
- Work closely with the TAM on the redaction and publication of the job offer
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager & managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and update the follow up
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments.
- Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases and professional networks (Linkedin...)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems has real plus
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Preference for a final year internship.
