Duties:
Selection volumes - more than 20 people per month.
Staff recruitment (mass categories of posts, hot and cold responses).
Selection of mass personnel (interviewing, entering information into 1C).
Requirements:
Experience in the mass selection will be an advantage.
Proof of performance (in numbers).
Activity, desire to learn, high focus on results.
Confident user of MS Office programs.
