    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYOUR PROFILE

    As Head Value Creation you elevate the Business of Miele international Webshops by creating engaging content and onsite campaigns & promotions within your team. Drive the business by increasing visitors, optimize conversion rates to accelerate user engagement across all onsite touchpoints. A key responsibility will be to ensure that the carefully planned roadmap will be executed with operational excellence on a global scale. Analyzing and deriving insights from data to understand the customer’s journey and needs to build strategic and tactical changes to Webshops that scales the KPI’s of Miele website internationally.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leverage the eCommerce onsite revenue, growth and profitability of international Webshops and digital touchpoints by creating and improving the onsite content.
    • Create and Execute global key strategic and tactical actions into all relevant onsite touchpoints on an internal scale. Ongoing optimisation and specification of the customer journey and the relevant touchpoints.
    • Take responsibility to develop and implement best in class global digital roadmap and budget plans with ambitious targets and clear focus.
    • Build, lead, motivate and develop the digital hub’s teams of content strategists & manager to create performance driven customer journeys & user experience, app. 5 FTE.
    • Establish a close cooperation with the digital marketing, data, product and country success departments.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with 10+ years of marketing/eCommerce experience min. 5+ years’ experience in a senior-level country management role – Master's Degree preferred.
    • Experienced in digital content orchestration and management, strong understanding of user’s behaviors based on data and the ability to derive insights and actions.
    • Advanced Management experience and strong leadership, project management, organizational and networking skills with joy in a customer / client-facing role and the challenge of growing worldwide business.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, further languages highly appreciated – broad experience in several international positions.
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision. Analytically minded and strong in execution, documentation and reporting
