Be Customer Smart is looking for an experienced B2B Head of Sales/CMO with the initial focus on the DACH market. We are finding good initial traction in the market for our solution and we want to grow our sales team. Depending on your interest and if there is a good match between us, we would be glad to welcome you as a late co-founder to our company.
Be Customer Smart has developed an innovative SaaS solution for companies to understand what causes churn and customer (dis-)satisfaction among their customers. This helps them to improve their services and to save dissatisfied customers before they leave. Our focus industries are:
• Retail banking
In this role you would be handling our sales, business development and account management of our future business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your main task is to win new customers for us, and then manage the relationships with them.
As we grow further, you would have possibility to take over more markets and to head the whole sales and marketing function. We are looking for a person who can grow with us.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, close deals
• Manage customer relationships

• Proven experience B2B sales in DACH
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent written and oral communication, including public speaking skills
• Contractual and commercial principles knowledge

Initially during the trial period, the compensation would be commission based while we learn to know each other. And if everything goes well, we will set up a vesting plan for you. Once we secure funding, we can add a fix component to the compensation.
