THE ROLE You have a unique opportunity to make a huge impact and help turn ShareMy into the next major sharing economy platform.

What you will be doing

• Head up & Develop our Marketing & Digital group.
• You will own the Brand & optimize marketing strategies which grow and retain quality users and add value to ShareMy Brand.
• Implement your strategies across a range of channels, whether that’s setting up tests on Facebook or organising a pop-up roadshow in Berlin or helping the ShareMy Bee be the next LOGO everybody clicks on.
• You will be working closely with our product team to develop, test and implement product features that will help you achieve the growth goals.
• You'll be our first full time hire with the ability to be part of the management team & play a big role in the success of ShareMy.

We would expect you to use your expertise in creating digital, messaging  & brand strategies and continually optimizing. You’ll have the freedom to rapidly test new ideas and learn from both your successes and failures & overall you’re not afraid to rapidly test new ideas.

What we’re looking for:

• +4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and analyzing data & developing brands from zero to xxx in new and creative ways.
• Be Creative and Innovative with our customers and partners when its needed.
• Hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing digital advertising across a range of channels and formats
• A truly data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills - you love getting stuck into the data to understand customer behavior
• Passion for our mission to give everybody the chance to monetize what their home offers both in Asset and Skills to help change lives.
