The Role
Our Marketing Acquisition Manager will play a core role in defining and executing our supply (real estate) and demand (member) growth strategy. The role will reside at our headquarters in Tel Aviv and report directly to our VP Marketing. You’ll be expected to:
Manage online performance campaigns globally:
- Develop our online acquisition strategy and implementation
- Set up campaigns on Facebook and Adwords, defining measurable and trackable goals
- Set up tracking across channels
- Lead audience targeting and insights
- Manage creative and messaging
- Run ongoing A/B tests
- Track performance and optimize constantly
Set up the entire funnel from lead to conversion:
- Build, test and constantly improve the funnel from lead to conversion for different channels
- Track results and manage all data on CRM
- Set up a reporting system that will track performance at scale while growing to new neighborhoods
Develop scalable marketing operations:
- Support building capacity and knowledge in local teams
- Work with teams to build KPIs, work plans and budget forecasts
About you
- 3-4 years of experience as a growth manager or analyst in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant degree in a quantitative field
- Hands on experience with Hubspot and other marketing automation tools
- International marketing experience across the US and European markets
- A working knowledge of (or interest in) real estate, hospitality and/or ecommerce
