Join our talented and highly motivated team as Financial Director (f/m/d)STRUCINSPECT The Financial Director is a crucial role in designing and monitoring the global scaling phase of STRUCINSPECT. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive the company's financial and business planning, prepare reliable forecasting reports * Perform financial risk management and actively drive investment strategies * Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure * Design and monitor appropriate KPIs of the platform business model together with the general management * Control the development and operation performance (personal and non-personal costs, assets, project performance) * Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations * Manage reporting to parent company's finance functions and advisory board * Link internal processes and workflows to parent company's requirements (fully consolidate company according to IFRS) * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and company's policies * Responsible for relevant business development activities and partner acquisition strategies in accordance with the general management * Support strategic business decisions together with the general management YOUR QUALIFICATION: * Proven experience as Head of Finance, Finance Officer or relevant role * BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus * Considerable track record in successful M&As and related activities * Deep understanding of the innovation management phase as well as corresponding financing instruments and mechanisms * In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices * Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods * Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software * Ability to strategize and solve problems * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Excellent communication and people skills WE OFFER YOU: * Performance-related compensation and attractive incentive schemes * The opportunity to work in an international business environment with cutting-edge technologies * Participation in the scale-up phase of our growing corporate start-up * Good-life-balance thanks to flexible working hours * Personal development opportunities and room for own ideas and improvements Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 48.151,88 p.a.
