Today we are one of the fastest growing startups in the UK. In a few figures, Bulb now has 1.7 million members, 600 employees, generates more than 2 billion euros in turnover and above all has avoided the emission of 5.3 million tonnes of CO2 in 2019. We started expanding internationally in 2020, starting in particular, with France. We're therefore looking to build the best possible team to get started. In Paris, there are only ten of us yet, but we have ambitions and resources commensurate with the task before us. We want to be facilitators of the energy transition by finally simplifying energy for individuals, making it greener while offering an affordable price to as many people as possible.As an Energy Specialist, you will be responsible for the customer experience in France. This role requires a full set of qualities: strong execution skills, empathy for our members, analytical skills and continuous attention to detail.As we are recruiting the founding members of our French team, you will work closely with our Bulb France Country Manager and you will help build all of our operations. Responsibilities* Set up the Bulb member experience in France* You’ll assist our members by answering their questions by phone, by email and via other channels* You’ll Identify areas for improvement in our product and our value proposition in order to build the best possible experience* Work with our technical teams and bring your proposals to life* Collect and analyze member data to verify your assumptions* Create new processes and share them with other teams* Participate in an ambitious and respectful work environment RequirementsAt Bulb, we want to hire self-starters who are interested in learning new things and are comfortable working in a changing environment.
