Your responsibilities:​

As our E-Mail Marketing & Retention Manager at Homelike, you will own our automated communication along the full customer journey as well as the development of our loyalty program. Your job is to ensure our customers receive answers to their questions before they are asked and build close relationships with them. Based on your data analysis, you will be responsible to drive improvements of Homelike’s KPIs, e.g. conversion and retention rates. You will excel in this role if you are a structured, process-driven person with the skill to build personal relationships. Finally, you should be looking forward to become a part of a growth-oriented, impact driven and young working environment.

The perfect candidate brings along:​
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in e-mail marketing focused on lead generation, nurturing and retention or as a management consultant

  • Good knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud

  • High affinity towards technology and IT

  • Entrepreneurial ‘can do attitude

  • You speak Englisch fluently (German is a plus)
