We - Vanatari International GmbH - are a young Berlin start-up company and develop selected vegan food supplements under the brand "Vegavero".
We only use high-quality raw materials, avoid unnecessary additives - and of course all our products are completely vegan, i.e. free of animal ingredients. The quality of our products, excellent customer service and high motivation of our employees are important to us.
Our international team from Germany, England, Italy, France and Spain includes nutritionists, microbiologists, marketing experts and designers who serve customers all over Europe.
Tasks
You would be working in our Sales & Marketing team for UK, where you would be responsible for all aspects of product management and digital marketing.
Specifically, you would do the following with us :
- Amazon Channel Management : Development of our Amazon UK marketplace channel, optimization of product presentation, preparation and implementation of new product launches
- Campaigns Bid Management : Controlling the marketing budget, making bid adjustments for ads campaigns, planning and executing PPC campaigns,
- Quality Ads content creation: Creating customized quality content for digital paid campaigns (Ads) through the analysis, competitors research, testing and reorganizing our Amazon UK channel sales platforms (non-exclusive).
Includes specific keyword research to enhance traffic and visibility.
- Market observation and analysis of new products, competition and customer requirements
- Analysis of financial results and deduct and implement corresponding measures
- Conception, implementation and maintenance of various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
- Customer service
- Development and implementation of measures to improve customer satisfaction with our products
Requirements

We are happy if you bring the following super strengths with you :
- Degree in business, marketing or eCommerce, or apprenticeship in related industries.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. Previous roles in eCommerce is a plus, professional experience with paid campaigns even better.
- Soft skills and great communication, proactiveness, great organization and a team player.
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- A high degree of creativity to inspire our customers with special ideas
- High social competence and good communication skills
- Enthusiasm & Passion
- Perfect (mother tongue) english required, advanced knowledge of german is a plus
