    Description

If work-life balance and progression are high on your list of priorities, you already have two things in common with this digital agency.

They’re relatively young and have ambitious growth plans that’re backed up by an impressive portfolio and strong pipeline. Both factors that'll naturally create opportunities for you to grow your career.

If you’ve worked in an account management or executive role within a digital agency, you know what it entails. Keeping clients happy by understanding their goals and working with your colleagues to come up with, create, deliver, and report on digital campaigns that help realise them. All thanks to your broad digital marketing experience and people skills.

You’ll join a talented team of 8 who work closely together, pooling their skill to produce online results for clients ranging from large eCommerce websites to local B2C start-up businesses. With specialists covering SEO, paid ads, social and more, you’ll never be far from a helping hand when you need one.

Their office is based in Stafford and a ten-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, so the easiest way to get there is by driving. They’ve got a really progressive attitude to remote/flexible working though so together you can decide how often you’re there. Being a commutable distance from Stafford would be a bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

Your experience and personality are more important than qualifications, so don’t be put off if you don’t have relevant education. A portfolio or examples of work are always helpful, but not essential at this stage.

If you don’t have account management experience, don’t worry. This role could still be well suited to you if you’re in a digital marketing executive or digital account executive position and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

    The benefits package includes:

    • A salary of up to £35,000
    • Remote working and flexible hours
    • 22 days holiday + BHs
    • Company pension
    • Private healthcare (after 12 months)
    • Government WFH allowance organised for you
    • Training opportunities
    • Event tickets
    • And more
