Customer Service Representative (Consumer Finance) – Internship, China

Job Description:

  • Making monthly loan sales volume standard by soliciting loans on the telephone and at the counter
  • Contacting customers with past due accounts for collections, answering the telephone, posting counter payments
  • Computing cash to customer and completing loan documents
  • Taking and processing credit loan applications
  • Preparing daily banking deposit, balancing cash drawers each day, maintaining a cash count record, and other cashier related duties




  • You currently possess or are working to acquire a Bachelor’s in business or you currently possess or are working to acquire an MBA degree / related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • You exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Have a pleasant, positive attitude every day, outgoing personality, and higher than average energy level
  • Ability to deal with a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization.
