Quicargo is growing fast and that is why we are looking for a new addition to our Customer Service team! You will work at the core of our company and you will be responsible for the support questions that both our customers and our transport partners have.

You are responsible for customer contact via e-mail, chat and telephone and you ensure that everything is correctly registered in our platform.

You like to switch quickly and you feel comfortable on the phone. What motivates you is a smile for customers and being able to solve a problem satisfactorily for all parties: the customer, our carrier and Quicargo.

This is what you will do:

  • You are responsible for the support towards our customers and carriers via e-mail, telephone and chat. After a while you will know everything about the Quicargo platform!
  • You process any changes to orders in our platform. You keep an overview and know exactly what is going on.
  • You monitor our platform and proactively spot risks with certain shipments. That way you solve problems before the customer even notices them.
  • You support our Customer Success Team in executing shipments from large customers.

Who are you?

  • You have 1 to 3 years of work experience in a service-oriented B2B role (internships and side jobs also count).
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
  • You are a real problem solver and you work accurately.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and would like to go the extra mile to achieve success.
