What is this job about?

In this position as Country Manager your goal is to manage and continue developing new strategies to strengthen and expand the German market.

On a daily basis, your role is to show some leadership as you coordinate the company's existing teams!

Your challenges

• Define the commercial strategy for Germany
• Connect with decision makers, influencers and brands and grow these relationships
• Manage, train and coordinate the existing teams
• Deploy the group strategy on the German market
• Develop a portfolio of customers across the country
• Be the interface of all C-levels of the group
• Instill the corporate culture of the group

What do you need to apply?

• Language skills: Minimum German Native and Minimum English C1/C2
• Has around 5/6 years experience in Business Development, or a minimum of 2 years experience as an Area Sales Manager or Account executive.
• Knowledge of the German market
• Some experience in team management
• Ability to prospect and conduct lead generation for partnerships
• Great motivation to go beyond your targets
