We are now looking for an adventurer who is as much at home in the wide world as she or he is in marketing. You should have visions - please primarily for the brand and the product. It might also be helpful if you know what growth hacking means. As a "Jack of all trades" you can do the following things while still sitting casually at your desk:
These will be your Tasks:
- Expansion and optimization of existing marketing channels and development of new marketing channels
- Identification and use of scalable growth channels off the beaten track #GrowthHacking
- Close cooperation with the technical team for design and UX (solution finding, execution and validation)
- Successful positioning of JoinMyTrip as a brand
- Shaping the company culture together with the other founders
You should bring:
- At least 5 years experience in marketing, ideally in a startup
- Team player, self-starter and idea pusher
- Completed degree and a good understanding of business
- Very good knowledge of English (German could be helpful but is not an requirement)
